In the initial SketchUp session, the primary focus was on familiarizing ourselves with key tools. After gaining proficiency in basic shape creation, we applied our skills to accurately construct the Waverley Theatre with precise measurements. Having prior experience with SketchUp, this refresher lesson was instrumental in reacquainting me with the software.

In subsequent SketchUp sessions, our focus shifted to building more intricate shapes utilizing the arc and follow me tools. Adding curtains to the previously created Waverley Theatre file served as a practical exercise in utilizing these tools effectively. The exploration of textures became a crucial aspect to enhance the realism of the shapes and items. Utilizing different views proved invaluable, especially as the design complexities increased, allowing us to see through walls and observe other objects seamlessly.

In the Final session, we went into

into the Follow Me tool, tackling the creation of more complex shapes. I found this session particularly enjoyable as it demonstrated the step-by-step construction of intricate forms. Subsequently, we translated our designs into files suitable for 3D printing.
